About Us

Grosvenor is an international organisation whose activities span urban property, food and agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives.

We develop, manage and invest to improve property and places across many of the world’s leading cities. In the food and agtech sector our growing investment portfolio includes some of the industry’s most innovative businesses working towards a better food system. We manage rural estates and their environmentally sensitive habitats, while supporting charitable initiatives targeted at vulnerable young people.

We are a values-led organisation which represents the Grosvenor family and shares a common purpose - to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit - addressing today’s needs while taking responsibility for those of future generations.

We strive to live up to the values of integrity, respect and trust – ensuring they are at the foundation of everything we do, and share in a common purpose to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit – addressing today’s needs while taking responsibility for those of future generations.

In practice, delivering our purpose translates to pursuing five overarching objectives:

  • Deliver strong commercial results
  • Improve land, property, places, goods and services
  • Efficiently use natural resources, restore and enhance the environment
  • Make a positive impact within communities
  • Support long-term charitable causes

Grosvenor takes a far-sighted perspective, learning from history and experience. Our ethos is one of collaboration and inclusion while seeking innovative solutions to deliver on our ambitious objectives.

Grosvenor Hart Homes

Grosvenor Hart Homes is a newly established social enterprise with an executive team and non-executive board to drive forward our vision to:

Deliver lasting and scalable social impact by enabling vulnerable children and young people and their families to access secure homes and related services within supportive communities, and by doing so allowing them to thrive and achieve their potential”.

The Trustees of Grosvenor have an ambition to make a positive and lasting social impact by addressing the housing needs of low income households with families in the UK.

This new organisation, headed by CEO Helen Keenan has a geographical focus on Chester and the wider North West, central London and the wider South East where Grosvenor is most active.

In particular, these proof of concept projects will look to address the following questions:

  • Theory of Change - our model of providing high quality affordable housing plus carefully coordinated support services is based on a theory of change, with outcome measures to evidence the impact we believe we can have on the lives of children and young people.
  • Sustainable Impact – can we deliver these outcomes in a way that is sustainable for the long term i.e. do we have a viable business model that will ensure sustainable growth?
  • Organisational – what key activities need to be delivered internally / externally and what organisational resource and structure would need to be created to deliver these activities?
  • Partnerships – what partnerships would we need in place to deliver and manage a large portfolio efficiently and effectively?
  • Physical – can we see a route to securing a large enough physical portfolio in each target location?

In order to deliver on our ambitions for children and young people we are seeking to appoint a Director of Support Services who will lead this key part of our business and relentlessly strive to achieve better life chances for the people we serve.
